My Account Overview

WHAT YOU CAN DO:

  • View your name and country.
  • Manage your saved addresses (add, edit, delete, or set a default address).

HOW TO ACCESS:

  1. Go to the Account Details section on the My Account page.
  2. To manage your addresses:
    • Click the View Addresses link. This will take you to the Addresses page.
  3. On the Addresses page, you can:
    • Add a new address by clicking the Add New Address button.
    • Edit or delete an existing address by selecting the corresponding option next to the address.
    • Set a default address by checking the "Set as Default" box when adding or editing an address.

WHAT YOU CAN DO:

  • View all past orders, including details like order number, date, status, and total amount.
  • Access detailed information about individual orders.

HOW TO ACCESS:

  1. Scroll down to the Order History section on the My Account page.
  2. If you have placed orders:
    • Each order will be listed with its number, date, status (e.g., fulfilled, pending), and total amount.
    • Click the View Details link next to an order to see more information about it.
  3. If no orders have been placed, you'll see a placeholder message: "You haven't placed any orders yet."

WHAT YOU CAN DO:

  • Add a new address.
  • Edit or delete existing addresses.
  • Set a default address for future orders.

HOW TO ACCESS:

  1. In the Account Details section, click the View Addresses link to go to the Addresses page.
  2. On the Addresses page:
    • To add a new address.
    • To edit an existing address.
    • To delete an address.
    • The default address will be labeled as Default in the list. Only one address can be marked as default at a time.
  1. To return to the main account page, click the Return to Account Details link.
